Can I buy a single ZipZak?

Yes. Although we primarily manufacture ZipZaks in bulk and to order, we occasionally have overruns and selected ready-made designs available to purchase individually through our website.

Availability will depend on the stock and designs currently listed online.

Do you manufacture custom ZipZaks?

Yes. Custom manufacturing is one of our specialties. We produce personalised ZipZaks for corporate gifting, schools, sports clubs, lodges, retailers, events, promotions and other organisations.

Your ZipZaks can be designed to suit your brand, event or target market.

Can I customise the print?

Yes. We can print photographs, artwork, patterns, branding or logos in full colour.

The front and back can feature the same design or two different designs, depending on your requirements.

Do I need to provide the artwork?

Not necessarily.

You are welcome to provide completed, print-ready artwork if you already have a design. Alternatively, our in-house design team can help create a suitable design using your logo, branding, photographs or ideas.

Please provide the highest-quality versions of your logos and images available to ensure the best possible print result.

Can you help me create a design?

Yes. Our in-house design team can assist with layouts, colours, logo placement and the overall look of your ZipZak.

Once we have received your branding and design brief, we will prepare artwork for your approval before production begins.

Will I approve the design before production?

Yes. Custom artwork will be sent to you for approval before your order goes into production.

Production will only begin once the artwork, order details and quotation have been approved.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity depends on the product, size and level of customisation required.

Please contact us with the quantity you are considering, and we will advise you on the available options.

How is the price calculated?

Pricing depends on:

The quantity ordered
The size and style of the product
The type of blanket or inner fabric selected
The amount of customisation required
Additional features, such as an extra pocket
Delivery requirements

Larger quantities generally qualify for a lower price per unit. Please request a quotation based on your specific requirements.

How long does production take?

Our standard production lead time is generally two to three weeks from the date that the artwork, quotation and payment requirements have been approved.

Large or highly customised orders may require additional production time.

Can you accommodate an urgent order?

Where possible, we will always try to assist with urgent orders. This will depend on the order quantity, production schedule, artwork approval and fabric availability.

Where are ZipZaks manufactured?

Our ZipZaks are proudly manufactured in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Producing locally allows us to oversee the manufacturing process, maintain our quality standards and offer flexible customisation options.

Do you deliver throughout South Africa?

Yes. We can arrange delivery to customers throughout South Africa.

Delivery costs are calculated separately and will depend on the order size, weight and delivery location. You may also arrange your own collection or courier service where applicable.

Can you deliver outside South Africa?

International or cross-border delivery may be arranged on request. Shipping costs, delivery times and any applicable customs charges will depend on the destination.

What materials are used?

Our standard ZipZak blanket range features a durable softshell outer and a soft fleece blanket on the inside.

We use high-quality zips and carefully selected fabrics to create a practical product that can be used as both a compact zipped cushion and a comfortable blanket.

Materials may differ between product ranges, so please refer to the individual product description or quotation for exact specifications.

Can I choose the colour of the inner blanket?

Yes. Inner blanket colours may be selected from the colours available at the time of ordering.

Our team can help recommend a colour that complements your artwork, logo or corporate branding.

Can I add a pocket?

Yes. An additional pocket can be added to selected ZipZak products.

The pocket can be useful for items such as a hot-water bottle, travel accessories or promotional inserts. Additional charges may apply.

Can the ZipZak be washed?

Yes. ZipZaks are designed to be practical and easy to care for.

Detailed washing instructions will be provided with your order. To protect the print, zip and fleece, always follow the recommended care instructions and avoid harsh detergents or excessive heat.

Do you supply retailers and resellers?

Yes. Our business is primarily focused on supplying retailers, resellers, corporate buyers and organisations ordering in bulk.

Please contact us if you are interested in becoming a ZipZak stockist or adding ZipZak products to your existing product range.

Can you manufacture ZipZaks under my own brand?

You can use your logo and company pictures, but our ZipZak brand remains on the product. ZipZak is a brand and it adds value to the product. Your client will also perceive it that way and see it as a more expensive, branded item.

Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?

Sample availability depends on the product and design required.

We may be able to provide an existing sample, a plain sample or a custom-made sample. Custom samples may carry a sample and design cost. Please discuss your sampling requirements with our team.

What information should I provide when requesting a quotation?
